Dissolve 1 heaped scoop (6.5 g) in 1 liter of water. You can adjust the flavor intensity by adding more or less water.

Drink one serving at a time, preferably during or immediately after exercise, sauna use, or other times of increased fluid and mineral loss. This product is naturally acidic. As with other acidic beverages, it is not recommended to sip it for extended periods throughout the day.

Rinse your mouth with water after use to restore the pH balance. Using a straw can reduce tooth acid exposure.
