Ancient & Brave Cacao & Collagen combines raw cacao and cacao with grass-fed hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides (Type I). The formula is complemented by botanicals such as beetroot, ashwagandha, baobab, carob, cinnamon, and a small amount of Himalayan pink salt.

The collagen peptides provide a source of protein, while the cocoa provides a rich chocolate flavor without added sugars. The blend is suitable for mixing with hot water or (plant-based) milk and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Mix 10g of Cacao & Collagen with a small amount of warm (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Then add 150–200ml of warm (plant-based) milk and blend until smooth.

For a creamier texture, you can optionally add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil and blend.

After adding, allow the powder to settle briefly before stirring to prevent lumps from forming.

Dosage

• Recommended amount: 10 g per day

This product contains cocoa and botanicals and is therefore usually used in the morning or early afternoon. It is less suitable for use late at night if you are sensitive to stimulants.
