Tear open one sachet and add the contents to a hot or cold beverage of your choice, such as coffee, tea, water, or a smoothie. Let it settle briefly before stirring. Stirring too quickly may cause lumps to form. After about 30 seconds, the powder will be mostly dissolved; then stir gently.
