Take 5 to 10 tablets daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach or between meals for optimal absorption. Many people take PerfectAmino before a workout for energy and muscle support, or immediately after a workout for recovery. It can also be taken first thing in the morning as part of a fasting routine, for example, before a cardio session or fasting.
