For castor oil wraps: Apply a generous amount of castor oil to the skin (e.g., abdominal or liver area), place a castor oil cloth or wrap over it, and cover with a towel or hot water bottle, as directed by your therapist or the wrap product.

Leave the wrap on for 30–60 minutes, unless your healthcare professional recommends a different duration. Afterward, cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser or warm cloth, if desired.
