Revoke / register return

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries, you can cancel your order with us. Below is a brief explanation of how it works, and at the bottom, you can register your cancellation.

Good to know

• You have 30 days from the day of receipt to register your cancellation. This is more generous than the legal 14 days; we like to give you some extra breathing room.
• We can only accept returns of supplements and other hygiene products if the seal is still intact.
• Devices that come into direct contact with your skin, such as the Pulsetto, can only be returned unused and with an intact seal for hygienic reasons.
• BeatsWell Labs (our blood test) can be canceled as long as we have not yet started the execution. As soon as we pass your request to the partner responsible for blood collection, the execution begins: tubes and information are sent to you, and you are registered at a collection point. From that moment, we may charge for the costs already incurred, and once the examination has been carried out, the right of cancellation expires.

Once we have confirmed your cancellation, we will send you the return instructions. You can then return the product to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will, of course, reimburse the return costs. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days via the original payment method.

What happens next

As soon as you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will let you know as soon as possible how to return the product. Please note: your registration is a request for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and jointly check if the conditions have been met. Therefore, registration does not automatically mean that the cancellation has been approved or that the amount has already been refunded. In doubt?
