Liposomal CoQ10

With CoQ10, absorption determines whether a supplement actually works, much more than the number of milligrams on the label. Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal containing some fat, as this supports the absorption of CoQ10. Many people take it in the morning as part of a fixed routine. Consistent use over a longer period is recommended.
