Apply Gudslip Mouth Tape to clean, dry skin around your mouth. Cleanse the skin, let it dry completely, and then apply the tape horizontally over closed lips.

Only use the tape if you can breathe freely through your nose and not if you have nasal congestion or difficulty breathing. Remove the tape slowly and carefully in the morning or earlier if you experience discomfort.

It is best to only use this product after consulting a (healthcare) professional if you have sleep or breathing problems or if you use sleep apnea equipment.
