Dissolve one scoop in 250 to 350 ml of cold water and drink immediately. Many people take PerfectAmino before a workout for energy and muscle support, or immediately after a workout for recovery. It can also be taken first thing in the morning as part of a fasting routine, for example, before a cardio session or fasting. Its slightly sweet taste makes it pleasant to drink without stomach upset.
