Cocoa & Collagen

Ancient + Brave Cacao & Collagen combines raw cocoa and cocoa with grass-fed hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (Type I). The formula is supplemented with botanicals such as beetroot, ashwagandha, baobab, carob, cinnamon and a small amount of Himalayan salt.

The collagen peptides are a source of protein, while cocoa provides a rich chocolate flavour without added sugars. The blend is suitable for mixing with hot water or (plant-based) milk and can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

This product is intended for those who wish to incorporate collagen in the form of a daily drink, without separate supplements or complex formulations.

Mix 10g of Cacao & Collagen with a small amount of warm (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Then add 150–200ml of warm (plant-based) milk and blend until smooth.

For a creamier texture, you can optionally add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil and blend.

After adding, allow the powder to settle briefly before stirring to prevent lumps from forming.

Dosage

• Recommended amount: 10 g per day

This product contains cocoa and botanicals and is therefore usually used in the morning or early afternoon. It is less suitable for use late at night if you are sensitive to stimulants.
