How to best take liquid iron?
Liquid iron is usually taken by adding the indicated amount to water or fruit juice. Vitamin C, for example from orange juice, is linked in research to better iron absorption. It is best not to consume coffee, tea, and dairy products directly with it. Follow the dosage on the packaging.
Does liquid iron have an iron taste?
