Apply GudSport Nose Strips to a clean, dry nose bridge before training. Remove the protective layer, place the strip just above the nostrils, and press firmly to ensure the adhesive adheres.

Test the product first during light activity to see how it feels for you. Remove the strip after training by gently peeling off one side.

Do not use this product if you have a stuffy nose, difficulty breathing, or other respiratory problems. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.
