Ancient & Brave True Hydration is cleverly formulated for deep hydration. Water alone doesn't hydrate optimally. True Hydration+ is inspired by the natural composition of coconut water and enriched with magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium for a balanced mineral mix.

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce fatigue. Calcium supports normal muscle function. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and supports normal macronutrient metabolism.

When do you take it?

Take True Hydration+ preferably:

• In the morning, immediately after getting up, to support your fluid balance after the night
• After exercise or sauna for electrolyte replenishment

• Around fasting times
