Apply a small amount of oil to dry hair and gently massage into the scalp using circular motions.

Work the oil into your hair from roots to ends. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or use it as an overnight treatment.

Then rinse and wash as usual. For a more intensive ritual, you can wrap your hair warmly with a towel.

Use 2 to 3 times a week, or as needed.
