The daily dosage depends on body weight:

• up to 60 kg: 800 mg per day
• 60–100 kg: 1,600 mg per day
• over 100 kg: 2,400 mg per day

Divide your dose between two meals a day, preferably before lunch and dinner. It's best to take it in the morning or early afternoon, to fit into your daily routine.
